Yes. LEO Electrical is a fully licensed and insured electrical contractor in Western Australia. Our licence number is EC14941 and we carry full public liability insurance and workers compensation cover. You can have peace of mind knowing every job is carried out safely and professionally.
How often should I get my switchboard or safety switches tested?
Safety switches (RCDs) should be tested every three months using the “test” button. For peace of mind, we recommend having a licensed Perth electrician carry out a professional inspection every one to two years to confirm your switchboard and safety switches are compliant and working correctly.
Do you provide compliance certificates for your work?
Yes. Every time we complete electrical installation or upgrade work, we issue an Electrical Safety Certificate as required under WA regulations. This confirms the work meets Australian Standards and has been carried out by a licensed electrician.
Do you charge a call out fee?
No, LEO Electrical does not charge a call out fee. We believe in transparent pricing so you only pay for the work we do. This means you can book with confidence knowing there are no hidden costs.
How often does a split system aircon need to be serviced?
We recommend servicing your split system air conditioner at least once a year to keep it running efficiently and extend its lifespan. Regular servicing helps maintain air quality, reduces energy costs, and prevents unexpected breakdowns. For commercial systems or heavily used units, servicing every six months is ideal.
